1. Rental Agreement
By renting a power bank from Buzz Barz, you agree to these terms. Power banks are rented on a per-use basis and must be returned to any Buzz Barz station to end your rental session.
2. Rental Period & Charges
The standard rental period is up to 24 hours from the time of collection. If a power bank is not returned within 24 hours, a non-refundable charge of £17.50 will be applied to your payment method. This charge covers the cost of the unreturned unit.
3. Responsibility for the Power Bank
You are responsible for the power bank from the moment you collect it until it is successfully returned to a Buzz Barz station. Loss, theft, or damage caused by misuse is the renter's financial responsibility.
4. Returns
Power banks can be returned to any Buzz Barz station. Ensure the unit is properly docked and the return is confirmed by the station. If you experience issues returning a unit, contact us immediately at support@buzzbarz.co.uk.
5. Marketing Content on Station Screens
Venues and partners hosting Buzz Barz stations may display marketing images on the station screen carousel. A non-refundable admin charge of £20.00 applies per request to update or change the marketing pictures displayed on the power station screen.
6. Safety & Proper Use
Do not attempt to open, modify, or expose the power bank to water or extreme heat. All units are PAT tested every 6 months to ensure safety. If a unit appears damaged or overheats, stop using it and return it immediately.
7. Liability
Buzz Barz is not liable for any damage to personal devices caused by using our power banks, provided the units have not been tampered with. Our liability is limited to the rental fee paid.
8. Changes to Terms
Buzz Barz reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest terms.
